The Covenant

In reliance upon Jesus Christ our Saviour and Lord, upon the love of God, and the gift of His Holy Spirit

We resolve:

To hold fast the doctrines and ordinances of the Gospel, and ever seek to grow in understanding of them.

To study to "walk worthy of our vocation" in our life among men.

To attend with reverence the public worship of God; and to be present, whenever possible, when the church is gathered together at the Communion of the Lord's Supper, or in Church Meeting; esteeming our position as members of Christ's Body above all earthly privileges.

To face to the full our responsibility for the furtherance of the Gospel at home and abroad, and for the fulfilment of the law of Christ in all human relationships-social, economic, international.

To endeavour in all humility to submit to one another in the fear of the Lord, and, most of all, to God in Christ Jesus, that his will may be supreme in our Church, in our homes, and in our lives.

Lovingly and loyally to observe and uphold the rules and regulations of the Church to which by God's mercy and grace we are permitted to belong, and, according to our means to contribute to its maintenance, and to serve it with such abilities as we possess.

This my covenant with God and with my fellow members in His Church I make in the presence of Christ in His Church.
